I have not been getting updates on my post. It doesn't matter if it is a post started by me or something I added to some other person's post. This problem affects my interest in participating in UHH dialog. Can anyone help me. (that is if I can manually check if solutions are provided)

Are you saying that you aren't getting the Daily Digest emailed to you any more or something else.

I get the daily digest, but I don't get notice of comments made on my post or on posts I comment on. the only way I knew you commented was by me post history.

Open the Page available at the top of this page called "My Profile" link and you configure what you see and get there.

Send e-mail notification when I receive a new private message
Send e-mail notification when I receive a new reply in a topic

I have done that several times and they are always checked. Periodically I simply just don't get notifications...no big deal as I am just noting to the OP that I sometimes have this issue.

If you aren't getting reply notifications for some reason, then you can use Watched Topics link at the top. It does the same exact thing, and it's more reliable than e-mail.

I followed suggestions made by members of UHH and checked two boxes which fixed the problem. I don't know how they were turned off because the boxes were in a section of UHH I never never go into. I seem to be getting alerts to sections I have commented on now. Thanks.

If a notice bounces, then notifications in your profile get disabled. It happens automatically.

Thanks Jeep Daddy. I did what you suggested and I am now getting notifications as I did before. I wanted to wait awhile before announcing the good news to make sure the problem was fixed. Leon
