Squirrely little dude.

This is one of "my" squirrels. He is waiting for me to put out more peanuts. He was nice enough to pose for me. People have asked me how I can have cats and birds and squirrels living in harmony. The main reason, I think, is that food trumps fear. The cats have mostly gotten used to the other dennisons of my yard so they don't really chase them. The squirrels and birds have learned to keep an eye out, so they all coexist.

Where are the peanuts.

Thanks Merry. They are fun to watch. I had been having trouble getting sharp images and I was beginning to think my 55-300 was a dud, then I checked out Steve Perry's BBAF guide and that made a world of difference. Now I am more confident that I will see a sharp image when I get it back to my PC.
