I was shooting Bridalveil Fall in Yosemite today and spotted an impromptu opportunity here with the creek leading away from it. I left my tripod and ND in the car so just kept my CPL on for this and set my camera on a rock.

I like this a lot and think it was an excellent approach for this scene. This is a situation where soft white water works well and the lighting is very appealing.
Beautiful. Much better than my first try.

The softness of the water contrasting with the detail in the trees works very well in this beautiful image IMHO.
