Help with Nikon View NX1

It simply won't convert RAW files. I have the latest version, restarted and reinstalled everything; no luck. D750 and D7200 same result, nothing. It just stops processing. This happened right out of the blue. No response from Nikon yet.

Wow that's odd I haven't had any issues with mine at all. I am shooting with the d750 and the d500 I also have the latest update.

Of course, there is a newer version of View NX available for free download from Nikon.

As the previous poster said, its probably not the latest version. Good luck with Nikon...I have not found them helpful when it comes to software issues.

The current version is View NX-i but this version doesn't do RAW conversion. You have to use Capture NX-D to do that.

Try Nikon Capture NX-D. It's free and does raw conversion from many nikon dslr's and bridge cameras.

So my version of NX-i does "Convert to" either JPG, TIFF 16 or TIFF 8. Also saves adjustments in the sidecar nksc file.
