Your picture looks like a nice Irish Lass. I've seen pictures of Northern Ireland very beautiful place also. glad you like the Alaska thread. It is a long trip but if you ever get to Anchorage look us up.

My sister and niece are from Louisiana, I took them to Fairbanks in January. Brrr

Sunsacre, You will love Australia! Just remember they drive on the other side.... I didn't want to cause an accident so we took public transport around Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns. We spent 4 weeks there and it was a lot less than a rental car. Have a good trip and post pictures while there.

What a joy it is to see these images of Alaska. You have a lot in common with Australia with what appears to be great vastness.
I think the thing that amazed me the most is the blueness of the ice.
Kind of surprised no one's put up an aurora image...aren't they kind of big in your area?
I have not seen the aurora lately been too cloudy but as soon as I can I will. I am fairly new to digital and although I have witnessed some amazing aurora They are pretty technical photographically.
