My new lens (new to me) is a vintage Fuji Fujinon 55mm 1.8 in m42 mounted on my a6000, bought this old lens just to shoot bubble bokeh and having a blast with it, a lot of old lenses will shoot bubble bokeh, this one ranks about third on the list.

I went out today to test it out some in 25 to 35mph wind, but still had fun.

not all the pictures are bubble bokeh, hope you try the downloads and Thanks for looking!!!!!

Wow! Johnny, these are nice pictures...some of them are real classics, like the very first picture. That lens is a keeper too! Thanks for sharing. Tejaswrangler

Love the effect this lens creates!!! Beautiful shots, Johnny... I especially like the artistic approach on the iris!!
....I haven't used my Helios in a long time.... I think it's time I played with it again.

Thank you so much Angela, I think it's way past time for you to use your Helios, What model Helios do you have? I know it's a 58mm but what model?

Johnny, it's the 44-2 and I did play with it a little today... haven't gotten them on my pc yet, so I don't know how they turned out.... but I love the bubble bokeh you get with this lens!!!

What a great set, Johnny ! That #3 rocks !
The great advantage with mirror-less camera is perhaps the ability to use legacy lenses.
FYI - I just got a Takumar 50mm f/1.4. I don't have the adapter though

Keep posting !

Thank you much Angela, that's a good lens, I think the one I had was a 44-4 , yours will easily shoot bubble bokeh if you wish to do so.
