It may take days to learn all of the "buttons" names just so I can read the manual! But I had to try it out on these local home town favorites. (Mr Katy now has my D3300.)

Great captures! I see you used the Nikon 200-500 5.6 lens with the new D500. Have there been any focusing issues with this lens, as I am seriously considering buying one? Also, I live in Sacramento, so where is this local Burrowing Owl location? I have never seen burrowing owls and would like to see them.
