I know it's not important.
Having said the words both ways, 'erb' and filay instead of herb and filet, it does grate. But more importantly, will Charles just hold the fort for William or will he abdicate? Could you care more or less? Loved The Peep Show.

I think Lizzie's just hanging on in the hope that Charles dies first.
Tis quite amusing really, the video bit I mean.
As an aside, I don't much think we are divided by a common language...y'all speak English, whilst we speak the various forms of American.
Idiomatic expressions can be quite titillating. But he misses the subtle nuance of "I could care less." It don't always mean "I could care not a'tall." Sometimes means "I could care less, just a bare smidgen of a marginal amount of less. So much less, that noone really cares about the left over, marginal distinction part."
If it still irks you a bit, I'll try to hold down my bemusement.
But, I'll lose no sleep as I really could care less!

We don't. That only happens in American movies when a yank tries to do a British accent. You've got to just love Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins.

It happens in Jaguar commercials. Isn't that an Indian car made in Great Britain? I would think THEY might know how to pronounce the word

I haven't seen a Jaguar commercial in years. At least not on TV. They tend to target top end magazines. Though saying that, I don't watch a lot of TV. I have recently subscribed to Netflix which has a lot of American shows on. What is it with you lot and zombies?

I can't get into the zombie garbage either.
