It's still very much a wintry scene in the north woods of Wisconsin and birds that are usual winter visitors are hanging around much longer this "spring". This is one of hundreds of Common Redpolls that have been swarming feeders for the past several months.

Totally stunning! Real pretty. I have slot in my feeders in Anoka Mn. As well don’t normally see them here in the winter. I got lots of pics this year, not quite as pretty as yours you should make a Christmas card out of it
