Leave it as is, number 1 is good. The second one, I have another name for. It ruined a great shot.

Just a clarification: you said it was a download from UHH, so did you take that photo, or download someone else's photo and edit it?

Why would you use someone else's photo, do you not have any of your own..
Personally when I download someone else's photos, I put it in a directory on my computer labeled from others, and photos in that folder I know I can never do anything with except view for my own personal use. To me, anything other than that is wrong, especially to repost without permission. Since photos posted here are for our own viewing or to get feedback on, I don't think they should ever be reposted except when the op that posted it ask for how it could be made to look better then I would repost it back here to answer their question, and then delete it.. Maybe I'm Wrong, but that's my own personal code of ethic.
