I think it's a 59. Looks great
Yeah, it's a 59 Chevy with a 348 V-8 engine in it. I had a 283 Ci. in. engine in mine.

There's nothing like a Chevy but a Chevy, And nothing else like a '59!😀
My first car. Was a convertible too. White with black top. Wish I still had it.

Mine was a '60 hardtop. Thank you for the memories!
The 59 Chevy the fins were rounded and the 60 Chevy the fins came up they layed flat.

I'm not an expert, but I had a '58 Chevy convertible, and they are the ones with the "rounded" fins. Pretty sure fins like those pictured above were on both '59 and '60 models. (At least according to my google searches.)

Yep, a 59. The 60 had flat top, rather than curved fins, as has been mentioned. A great looking car. Here are pictures of the tail fins on the ‘59 and the ‘60. The ‘59 is much prettier to my eye.

I was just comparing the 59 and 60 because they were similar. Yes the 58 had a more rounded rear end and not the sharp fins. I did not consider them fins.
“57” was the beginning of the fin era. Was all about “Sputnik”.
My brother had a 59 black Bel Air Sport Coup. 348 with three two deuces. It would fly. Silver/grey interior. Three on the tree.
I had a 59 blue Biscayne. 283. Three on the tree. I thought it would fly.
Fort Worth, Texas, was a great place where those cars were hot. Now I'm 75 and it's still OK.
