You are trying to advance a phoney rebuttal. I said it was a first step and a source document for our Framers. High school debaters learn early that to be an effective debater, one first must be able to listen and respond accurately to the opponent. Any high schooler would destroy this rebuttal in cross-x.

Bob, not everyone is like you. You have to realize that just because you are uneducated and ignorant about some key things that most people learned by junior high school regarding the source documents and inspirations for the Framers of the US Constitution (as well as many other key things that you should have learned but haven't, for some reason), does not mean that other people who are more educated and knowledgeable than you are wrong or "just brainwashed liberals who hate America and should love it or leave it!"

The problem is not with the other people who disagree with you, or the words they use that you want to redefine ("first step", "influence", "corruption", "conflict of interest", "assault rifle", etc.) in order to deny reality. The problem is that you are ignorant, and too lazy or stubborn or blinded by your ideology and fear to correct your ignorance.

But props to you for not resorting to homophobic slurs and other childish insults the way most of your childish winger friends here do on a regular basis when disagreeing or falling flat on your face in debate.

I find it very interesting that whenever you disagree with anyone you resort to name calling. That the Magna Carta may have had some influence over the writing of our founding documents may have some validity. But what exactly does "influence" mean. The Bible also had "influence" but the constitution is not a biblical document. Regarding my so called ignorance. There are many things about which I knoiw nothing. Since you accuse me of ignorance I must conclude that you know everything and that gives you the right to judge everyones knowledge or lack of same. I congratulate you for your superior intellect.
