Has anyone purchased LUMINAR 2018 for their MAC?
I've followed the instructions but it still thinks I'm using the one week trial and is asking me to pay for it again?
Just starting to get into this program but it looks amazing.
Thanks for all your help.

I got the Windows version; but had issues getting it going also, had to re-read instructions to see my missed steps, then all okay....

U ask why my Fuji photos are not good enough. It is a point and shoot and it just does not have the capability to shoot the quality photos that are required. I have tried many times to doctor the pictures but they still get rejected. They are great for printing 8 x 10s but not for larger photos. But, that being said, I do not understand why they are rejected if they could be used for much smaller ways - like in magazines etc. So, without a stock agency specificly telling me why it is rejected and then offering what they need.....I'll just have to keep trying and find solutions as I go. Learning from others on their successes and failures is a good way.

I beg to differ. there is no phone number so you can talk to a person, and the program keeps shutting down. Every time I email them they give me the same answer......uninstall and reinstall. I have done this at least ten times. I love the program but i want them to fit the bugs.

I've had Luminar for a while and not had any problems.
Luminar has very helpful customer support. You would be better served by contacting them with this problem than asking here.

I have Luminar 2018. Other than the fact that I don't know what I am doing, the actual software works well using Win 7Pro.

I have used Luminar since it was first introduced and it is my most used pp software. If you're having trouble activating the software contact Luminar help. Actually, if I remember correctly go ahead and click on "buy" and you will be presented with an opportunity to enter your activation key.
