The judges opinion doesn't count anymore than any other person"s opinion. If he truly believed in his statement he would have done something about it while he had a chance and influence to change things. He didn't!
Why didn't the Democrats, while they controlled the government while Obama was in office do something about it? Now that they are out of control their opinions are just opinions; words upon the wind! Oh wow, someone said something!!! How important was that?

You are seriously saying that if he doesn't have the power to make it happen he should just shut up? Alex Jones doesn't have the power to do much of anything. It doesn't cause you to stop watching him does it? Since you don't believe Stevens meant it, why do you suppose he said it?
