Photoshop instead of ND filter.

When I was taking these pictures the sun did not cooperate with me. I did not have ND filters and did not try to improve WB (I was using auto WB which usually was working very well). I have seen that foreground and background could not be taken good in one shot. I have taken 2 shots (One with my wife in frame and the second without her in frame) with different exposures. Then I connected these shot in Photoshop as layers and using masks got final result. C&C please.

The final product looks great.
I don't know if it is just me but in the final version it looks like the waterfall is coming over her head. Or through it, on the hood of her jacket. Other than that good job. I know for a fact that I could not have done that. I am very new with the Photoshop and pp.

That is a valid point. Maybe should have had his wife posed to the either side of the waterfall.

Its only in the final one that I see it. It's like the hood of her jacket is slightly transparent. Like I said it may just be me.
Some of the color pixels are gone or removed and it gives a ghost like transparency in the final... it shows on the railing also. The blue removal and brightness are options that could be accomplished in raw filter by increasing the blue luminosity and reducing the amount of blue. Color correction and blend if also help. The sky looks great but there are many ways to boost that blue including filters and blend if again...
So So many options and ways. You will have fun as you get more comfortable with PS and others chime in...

Good thing she's wearing a hood, she'd soaking wet...
Seriously, great job, like the combination and final result.
However, a different position of the wife in the frame might have been a better option, can you mover her over a little?

I tried to correct my mistakes. Is it better now?

Still looks like she is taking a shower.

Thanks. I like your sense of humor. I was supposed to move my wife before shooting for better composition but now to do this with PS will take a lot of time.

Practice Makes perfect...or as my mother kept telling me...
You really need a sense of humor here

Do you have any suggestions to make it better? I think I was supposed to move her to the left or right. I can do this with photoshop but my main goal was to receive well exposed whole picture.
