What editing program do you use?.... Much of the distortion can be corrected in Lightroom...

I use Photos For macOS and Luminar.

I'm sure you will do a great job photographing the wedding, and I'm sure your daughter and everyone else will love the photographs.
I don't care for the distortion at 24mm. I do have the AF-D 24mm f/2.8 but I don't use it much.

I already have the Nikon 24-50mm AF-D f3.3-f4.5, but 50mm is not enough. I do consider bring the 70-210 f4 AF but keep changing lens is too much trouble, and the 24-50 is not as sharp as the 35-70. I may bring another body, but it will be a DX.

I don't think Photos does, I'm not sure about Luminar.
