Nice bird. Tough to maintain focus in his eye at this angle, but I would have shot it too.

I would have liked to back up for a better angle but I was on a pier and my camera is not waterproof.

Beautiful bird that I will probably never get to see. I don't recall ever seeing this one on UHH, although I have seen photos in bird ID books of the VFC.
