Topaz has some nice editing programs. They still have problems with their customer support.

Customer/tech support is very weak. I have found, however, that they do respond and ultimately resolve the problem.

There will be a list of your S/N's in your account. Try to place your Remix S/N back into the program.

I could not find my AI, then discovered it is on the right side see photo below. If not, remove studio and reinstall all will click in place. AI may ask for S# which of course you saved in a doc file... right [smile]

Back when I just used one 1080 monitor the Topaz filters performed very well. When I upgraded to utilizing three 4K monitors last year, all Topaz products went totally south! It took nearly five requests to get Topaz support to try to address the issues.
The interface just does not perform properly with 4K monitors, the controls buttons are "dashed sliders", not round buttons, very hard to click and grab. it would take six to eight clicks to get them to move. The Topaz Studio will not open correctly. It will show open on the task bar, but not on the monitor. Perhaps on the sixth or seventh attempt a portion of the window would be visible on one of the monitors.
Joe Fedric, the senior Tech support at Topaz took remote control of My system, tried for 45 minutes to find the problem, but could not. He then stated He would forward the issue to the development people. After more than a month, numerous requests, Joe finally came back and stated that they were not going to fix it, that I was just stuck with it, kind of an "FY". My opinion is that they lack the intellectual ability to fix the issue.
I have found that the Topaz filters work well until You get to multiple 4K monitors, with more complex systems.
I have found numerous complaints about Topaz labs, and there lack of support. They do have a blog page on their site, but if there are any negative posts, that person gets "banned", for life.
I do not have interface issues with Photoshop CC, Lightroom, ON Photo Raw, Photomatix, Portrait Pro, and even all the Nik filters work, it is just Topaz Labs products that just do not function as they should. Topaz filters just do not scale properly properly with 4K.

Seems Topaz problems started with their Studio. Seems every time you add or want to try a new product, you loose something or one unit. They were much better aligned with each product which is in filters like other programs. I liked the remix but it is gone forever because of the new download or rehash with studio. Seems the studio was their dome.

...pretty obvious they are behind on the 4k thing. So am I, and won't be there for awhile, so grateful not to have your problems! Topaz is a big part of my processing, at least the art side of things, I'd be nutz if I couldn't use it...

“From the Better Business Bureau page "This Business Is Not BBB Accredited ".”

That fact by itself does not imply anything about a business other than they have not gone through the process and paid a fee to be accredited.
