It's been months since the investigation by the Ministry of Mayhem's Internal Affairs department revealed the presence of a highly placed mole on Ministry premises. Leaked information to Nanook of the North led directly to the loss of the Ministry's stolen submarine, never mind some of our top field agents, and the Martian rightly was consumed with ferreting out the traitor.
A spy cam sting operation was set into motion, and captured this image of the mole rifling falsely labeled 'Top Secret--Eyes Only' files planted on the desk in Martian's darkened office a few days ago.
