People heard the dog barking for two hours before it went quiet.
Yet nobody bothered to check? Says a lot about people today...

You have to take the news with a grain of salt. It seems the flight attendant didn't know about the puppy as it was being smuggled aboard to avoid having to pay extra fees. Russia has been meddling in other countries affairs for years ( just like the USA). Lots of these headlines are simply sensationalized by whatever source first reports them in order to get better sales/ratings/clicks and other sources just run with the story without checking it.
The flight attendant did know and was directly informed the dog was in the portable kennel.
United also just sent a family dog to Japan instead of Kansas. The dog intended for Japan wound up in Kansas.
They as of this morning news have a 75% death rate of animals in their care. The highest in the industry.

Different sources, different stories... Who to believe? Without having been there, we are all just speculating. Just like criminal cases. People tend to convict by public opinion and once the case goes to trial & other facts are presented, the outcome changes...Still, why did nobody on that flight, especially the dogs owners, not check on it? I'm a dog owner & I would have checked...
A threat that North Korea poses is that they are so strapped for money to continue to build their military because they fear leadership change so much is that they will do anything which includes selling nuke weapons, raw materials and technology to anyone who wants to buy them which they already have done with chemical weapon components. So although North Korea may not launch a rocket of mass destruction themselves, those who buy from them very well may.

That puppy was probably already dead when it was brought on board in it's TSA approved carrier, right?

You must not have been listening to the network news.
The puppy was manking a racket from the overhead when things went quiet with him.

Why did nobody check on it then ? Some said turbulence but for the entire flight ?

They said that the seatbelt warnings were on and no one was allowed to get out of their seats.
We have better to learn how to read between the lines - with so many fake news.
The Pentagon is building an addition and changing the name to Hexagon - with the Space Force. (LOL.)

For the entire flight ? I doubt that .

You need to read the stories, the warnings were on most of the flight, until after the dog apparently died.

Were you on the flight or are you just reiterating what you read ?

Exactly the flight attendant absolutely knew that there was a dog in the case.
The woman when interviewed told the flight attendant there was a dog in the case.
She finally did as threatened with handcuffs and being hauled off as a criminal she gave up.
Not sure what part of this news is not clear about the flight attendant not knowing what was in the case.
And as stated the dog was barking unless the flight attendant was deaf, stupid or as some on this site would have us believe that all luggage barks.

Thank you from someone who evidently was on the flight...

Why are you being such as ass about this? Of course I was reiterating the several stories that are out about this.
