X marks us as easy targets if we give into the "fear" which fear mongers spout and we let it lower our resistance making us vulnerable. Better to set a daily goal to have strength and fortitude to keep our immune systems strong. Are we eating and hydrating for pleasure or to improve our health. We are in control if we put our creative pursuits into things like photography and learning about our bodies instead of wasting idle time on fear which disables us.
For example: This year in the US it was reported to be one of the worst flu seasons ever. Was this true because it became a self full-filling prophecy? Did it actually happen? Where are the stats?
How many counter article did we see to improve our immune systems?
The fear mongers will always win if we let them.
