Help with Lightroom. Images are long and narrow.

I did an update yesterday when I was signing off of LR. When I got back on this evening my images are now squished. They look elongated and squashed. Any idea how this happened and how I can correct this? I did try changing the settings on the computer but it did not help.

AND/OR right click on blank area of the desk top and go into "Display Settings" and adjust the aspect ratio.

Well I’ve tried both of your suggestions with no luck. Still looks equally out of proportion. Thank you both though.

Can you take a screenshot and post what you are seeing? It may help with coming up with an answer.
