Can you imagine me and Pat in a dark basement, both holding flashlights trying to take a portrait.

To the right. No! Up a little. Take one step back. OK!! That's it. What a minute, I'm not ready.

HUH! Did someone bring the camera??

You are cracking me up!

We went down to Dorset to see Carolines uncle/godfather, a lovely man as was his wife Pam, made me feel so at home

Went out in the car then for a walk along the cliff top where I took this shot

A memory that will stay with me

It was a really sweet capture. Must have been a bit windy or else Uncle was doffing his cap to the lens.

Love the camera shot - and then seeing what your mind created.

That's not too hard to figure out, Simon. You don't remember ? It was "Through the lips and over the tongue; look out tummy, here it comes!"

You might look in Steve's basement. I swear I saw a beer there. He was trying to sell it for his company.. But take your flashlight, and in this case, no need for a flash trigger. Also and more importantly beware, I'll bet he keeps his big ugly green friend of his down there too.

Ahhh - bet you are right on that one!

How about this one RR? The sentiment can be changed easily because I used Microsoft Publisher to insert the text.

Had to go to her flat and fix her plumbing, well you know what i mean, we got chatting and it turned out that in Russia she was a model so took the opportunity and said would she be prepared to model for me expecting to have a slap around the face or slung out, but she said why not. Having picked myself up off the floor we arranged a date and time, was a good shoot with many shots, this is one of my favourites and hers

You see I am not all about the Abstract haha

Beautiful portrait, Simon!

Thats where you are telly watching, long time since Nascar was beamed over this side of the pond

Back then my favourite was no 9 Bill Elliott in a Ford of course

Great work here Bill

I knew there was a reason I like you, Simon. Bill Elliott AND his Ford were my favorite as well. His son is now running the #9, but, sadly, it's a Chevy.

If I told you this work took 5 years and 4 months in the making, you may well ask why

Because in my head I had this vision

Along the way there were works from the original

But not what I saw in my minds eye

Then one evening last week all the pieces fell into place

Boy am I pleased, you better believe it

You may look and wonder what all the fuss is about

Working to Abstract is about self satisfaction

And with this work I have nailed it

If others enjoy it that is a real bonus
If I told you this work took 5 years and 4 months ... (show quote)

I love it, Simon. One of my favorites!
