Excellent lighting and composition. B&W really worked. Old school techniques are great in the hands of an artist. Well done.
WOW!!! All excellent photographs.

Very nice, and a refreshing change from color photos of that place.
Antelope is an amazing location. These are just as beautiful in B & W as images I have seen in color. Wonderful!

I appreciate each of your comments; thank you! Re: color? I expect we've all seen lots of those, and many are genuinely gorgeous. Shot some color (film) in there years ago, but I really didn't care much for the results, and I know it would be a crap-ton easier now in digital. Weird as it may be, I still like, and shoot, and process, B&W film. Shooting large format isn't doing photography --its doing meditation. So what that my darkroom is called Lightroom. Its all good. Ah, Progress!
I did not learn B & W work early on, but recently I am finding that I do more B & W conversions in LR and really enjoy the work. I agree about the meditation part. I can get lost for hours in my LR darkroom.
Excellent B&W! great tone and images are mesmerizing!
Very nice shots. I will go back and try B and W on some of mine.
