Nice work, Matt! Clarity is great and the texture and color very good! Doing Still life seems to make you consentrate on the finer points of photography. Especially placement of objects, condition, color, and texture. A different challenge!

Signed up for a photography class at "Senior College" which begins in a couple weeks: "Putting Art in your Digital Photographs". The book for class is great.

Thanks daner. Sometimes I just abandoned the "scheduled events" and have fun - which resulted in some later posts for the challenge.

Roadrunner after viewing your first picture, "A try" I went downstairs with the camera, and an idea...
42 shots later, I came up and downloaded.
1/2 cut due to improper lighting, lenses and setting.
another 1/2 cut due to composition and glare,
another 1/2 cut due to lens swapping.. and that left
6 more almost as good as this one.
Uh---- thanks for the idea? that was worse than i thought...
