46% of San Gabriel Valley was 545K, in 2010. This was according to census of 2010.
26% of SGV was Latino.
22% was White.
I have a grandson attending Pasadena City College, which was one of the best Community Colleges in USA.
He stated that last year that over 50% of students were Asian. I attended PCC back in the 1960's for 19 units.
Guess who is buying up properties in SGV? In 1958, homes in SGV were selling for 20% less than San Fernando Valley.
