Well folks, quite a great day....thank you all for dropping by. Was snowing here so I went down to Atlanta, raining there so I came back here and watched the race in snow.

Alerted the County Sheriffs Department, who got ahold of the City Manager, to get ahold of the City Maintenance Department. City Maintenance will be out at 8:00 tomorrow morning. Absolute best we could get. Dinner consisted of buyout Pizza.
No flushing and no washing of anything and crossing our fingers that no one in the neighborhood does either. Period.... Several neighbors have the same problem.
Pretty stressed right now!

Can you leave for the night? What a night mare ! Gosh, that's awful-and unsanitary ,unhealthy, etc...Can't understand how they can not do a thing! Wonder if the city manager ran into the problem...would he get the same response??
Maybe a call to a nasty lawyer would change things???

Like that one, Bill! Swirly lines and color make it compelling....

Love your arrangement and the lighting is spot on. An eye catcher for sure. Takes talent, and you've got it.
Mine always look like someone threw garbage at the camera just as the shutter went off. Although, I guess one could call those abstracts.
LOL I feel the same way about the ones I've attempted.

Thanks, folks, for your comments. I have a couple more to post from yesterday (my privilege to teach some mostly beginners some things about photography and yesterday was "composition day"). We went to an historical library and a nature trail in our little town. Very interesting how most of the group has lived here for years and most didn't know about the trail and few had ever been in the library. Tip #1: explore your own town. Working on the next challenge to post tonight.
Pg. 14 Great little Library Pat ..
