I just saw this. You have to go into bios and change the boot sequence to boot to the cd drive first. Than restart your computer and it will give you the choice to boot from the cd, select that option. If you are running Windows 10 it will seem like it's not doing anything, just leave it alone and wait until it will give you the option to repair windows , in small letters say yes and let it do its thing.

That's fine - - if it's an OS or Software issue.
But it WON'T fix the problem referenced by the OP -
likely due to a poor hardware connection between the memory sticks and the MoBo memory sockets.

I wish you guys were close by my Toshiba Satellite E55t-A5320 series laptop has given me the blue screen of death. Error code is something about a missing page not found. Have tried unplugging it several times and it has not reset itself. I am either using my sons laptop or the computer at work. which I am on now. Oh well I guess my wife is going to let me buy a new laptop then I will find someone local to fix the old one.

I was one of Amdahl Corp's first cross-trained field support people. I came from the software (operating system) side and was trained to diagnose and to repair the mainframe computers, too. After the company started going downhill, I left and went to work for a company that was building its own data center. It was well known around the IT department that I fixed hardware in my previous job. One morning I arrived at work just as my phone started ringing. The call was from a young programmer who couldn't get any display on his monitor. I walked over to his cubicle and had him demonstrate his problem. Sure enough, the screen was dark after he powered on his PC.I crawled under the desk, picked up the plug that was loose on the floor and plugged it in to an outlet. The monitor immediately came up and the problem was fixed. And his face could not have gotten any redder.

Your problem is not related to the young programmer's. That said, it would appear as though either the o/s has been corrupted or the HD has a problem. Good luck in your attempt to justify a new laptop.

It is getting better, but try being a woman and talking to some "expert". Years ago my dad installed an electronic ignition system on my car that sometimes gave problems. The car stalled and would not start again. In that situation he had told me just to move a wire to disconnect that system and go back to the original one. The mechanic who came from my Auto Club call was surprised when he finally gave up messing around with other things that doing that worked.
