...at least for me!!

Taken at Elizabeth Morton Bird Sanctuary with my sx50 and played with in Elements 13.

Sorry to be the odd one here but I have trouble even looking at it. I guess I'm missing something. Thanks for sharing though.

Angela... I really like this one... the combination of not sharp lower and crisp upper portion. Well done.

You used your SX50, I love my SX50, so quick, so versatile. PSE 13 is quite sufficient.. especially if you tack on Topaz plugins.

But... that many UHH people hate the SX50 because they do not represent excessive spending for a huge lens and expensive camera body!! The SX50 takes photos well beyond what is should considering the small sensor and if you bought your from Canon massive recall and refurbishing of the rubber eye pad... $150 !!!... then the low price further diminishes both the camera's and the owner's reputation. You did not spend enough to be considered a photographer.. how ridiculous those people are. and ... Oh, yes, PS and LtRoom make you a professional.... less makes you less in the eyes of many UHH elite.

lilac did not like your photo and then thanked you for sharing something she had problems looking at... wow!!! huh... Say What.... Some think a cow should look like a cow... me? "No good photo should go unmolested."

Lilac, even though I appreciate your first visit to my work, believe me, it doesn't bother me that you don't care for it... everyone is entitled to their opinion... so I gave a look at your posts and my feelings toward all yours are the same, yet I would never say anything negative, I just wouldn't comment.....
and as far as sharing, I always share my work on this site, I have many dear friends on here and grant it, photography, like any art form is a matter of taste and as long as you please yourself, that's really the bottom line!!
Have a great day!!

Angela... I really like this one... the combinatio... (show quote)

Don, I love my sx50 from the first day I bought it and I don't know what I'd do if anything happened to it!!! It is my go to camera, it's light and no thinking about changing lenses.... and that's the reason I took it to this sanctuary! I took pictures of the birds eating from my own hand, just shot with my right hand!! And you know I love playing in Elements... it makes an ordinary image your own!!

Don, glad you liked this creation and I appreciate your visit and comment.... I did get a laugh from lilac's comment... and I thanked her very nicely!!!
