Very nicely done, enough color to be pretty, but certainly well past it's peak...and photographed beautifully.

You live up to your name..Creative Simon...Very creative image. Superb colour.I could see a whole series of these from full flower to expired

I am really enjoying this. I love seeing the beauty come alive in the "past prime". Perhaps its because of my age too. I like this composition, of being on top, looking down. Well done!

You are still in your prime, no worries there
But I love shooting flowers when they are past there best
Maybe because not many others do
Always looking for perfection
Not me, I am looking for something different
And this for me does it

Bob thanks so much, this one really pleased me, it is virtually as shot just a small crop and the usual levels adjustments, it just happens that way sometimes

And your thin line boarder is perfect and sets it off nicely!!!!

Thanks Bob, when I pick a thin line always try to pick a color from the work, it seems to work better that way
