Pretty nice. Though, I'd crop it to use the left 1/2 or 2/3 of the posted image. Not much going on in the right 1/3. The waterfall and the golden clump of dead grass is what makes the photo for me. The water in the waterfall is great!
Since the waterfall pretty much uses the entire vertical dimension, I think that any crop that cuts any part of it off would be a mistake. I have never seen a waterfall that looks like ones that many people seem to be trying for - you know, the ones where the water is all white and looks like it is being sprayed out in a mist. You have shown some restraint in that regard and are to be complemented for that. I would have liked to see it with a slightly faster shutter.

David, excellent photo and I am glad that your wife gets out with you.

I like this a lot, David. The super sharp foreground rock, the water racing downhill and around the rock, all complemented by the beautiful green moss! I can hear the gurgle!
I like it the way it is and don't think a crop would improve the capture...especially the environmental aspect.
Dave, what GPS are you using for your geocaching?
No cropping! The surrounding rock formations add to the story of your shot. The waterfall is still stands out as the subject as the color draws our eye in. Likewise, the waterfall is postionedto follow the rule of thirds!!

Thanks Christy. Even though this is not the critique forum, many viewers cannot view without commenting when it comes to a waterfall. You are visualizing it the same as me.
All of the comments are valid, it is a personal preference thing. When I shoot images, the ultimate end usage has to be considered. This will be rendered as a three section canvas wrap option, so the falls itself was deliberately positioned to one side. My preference is not having the subject always in the center in most of my work.
I do have to chuckle a bit when people comment on the softer water look. When viewed from a distace, the unaided eye only sees the white misty look, and cannot see the individual drops from a higher shutter speed capture that some prefer to call more natural. I find all the variations interesting, and it depends upon the type of waterfall and the mood you try to portray.
Thank you again for the comment and realization of the composition. A few others have noticed it as well.
