Stopped raining just long enough to get these two images. I think a tripod will be in order for most shots with this new lens.

Nice ones, Ken. By the way, I've given up hand holding these sort of shots--I use a good, solid monopod for virtually all my close ups these days.

I recently bought a monopod and will definitely be using it. If the sun ever comes out.
