I don't know this person, but why are they so famous, and why do so many feel the need to mention the name in every post these days?

It's like he's the UHH version of a Kardashian. If you stop reading posts that don't interest you, and stop mentioning his name in every response, then maybe we can all move on.

If Christ T reads this post, it isn't meant to be for or against whatever you have posted, but gheesh, I gotta tell you that I have to stop reading posts as soon as the "Chris T" name is used in vain, because it will ALWAYS go downhill from there.

If you know what is getting everyone's underpants tied in a knot, maybe you could figure that part out, you could stop twisting their panties?

Just a thought. OK, everyone can attack me now for not understanding something. I can handle it.

Curiously, bkyser, it is a discussion forum where a bunch of folks just don't seem to like the topics-of-discussion that Chris T opens. Some have seemed like a waste-of-time to me, so I didn't join them. Other folks seemed to join-in just so they could bitch about the OP. Lately, I've just ignored them. Let others fight-it-out.

Actually, because it's turning this whole forum into a witch hunt against one individual, and it gets old to those of us who want to learn and share information, not read about everyone's personal dislike for one individual.

I don't even know if this person is a troll, snob, or a nice guy? All I know is that if you go through the topics, his name is brought up in replies that have nothing to do with him, then it all snowballs into a Chris T bashing party, and the topic is forgotten.

Just tired of it. Been around here a long time, and have had agreements and disagreements with others here. This one just went off the rails and when I looked at posts to see just how awful this person was, I didn't see anything that was so offensive.

I noticed that you are now a moderator, and that you are keeping super tight controls on who can answer and keep things on topic, I would think you would understand. Maybe if it is this important, there could be a "Christ T Bashing Section" so the rest of us could finally ignore it.

He only understands what he wants. This guy lacks empathy, he is incapable of understanding other people’s feelings. He is just a control freak. As far as Chris, all everyone needs to do is skip his threads. He is not mean btw.

We are all guests here, on a privately owned forum. As long as the admin is ok with what someone does, who are we to say anything?

That was all I was suggesting. If someone posts 5x a day, and nobody responds, the problem (if it is a problem) would probably take care of itself. If this person is all about getting attention constantly, then maybe he's getting exactly what he wants by finding his way into every topic.

I'm sure there have to be others that searched for him and looked at his posts, because he's mentioned so often. that gives him more traffic as well.

Chris T should have his own section. Then his posts wouldn't mix with the Main Photography Section. Chris is posting hundreds of topics in order to generate discussions. But all his posts are rhetorical questions so they draw in those who want to join the discussion and voice their own opinion. I avoid all his posts, but a few times a month someone like the OP starts a thread about him, and I get sucked into it to respond.
