PayPal doesn't have a category for "missing deposit."

I sold something for $350, and I got an email from PayPal saying that they deposited $339.55 into my account (from the buyer thru PayPal). I got this transaction on Saturday, February 10th, a few days ago. No money yet. I called my bank. My bank said to wait. PayPal has no category for a "missing deposit." I have a transaction ID.
I'm getting worried.

Don't worry. The reason that deposit into your account takes time. I call it float. Paypal uses your money before it goes to your bank. Saturday things don't happen.
Also your bank plays with your money before it goes into your account. From my experience you should see it in your account Wednesday

Have faith. When you pay via PayPal, yes it is immediate. However in reverse it takes time. I assume you went into Paypal, Wallet and told them to send it to your bank.

No, the buyer paid me thru PayPal. PayPal said that they paid me on Saturday, 3 days ago.

Are you SURE the email was from Paypal? Scam payment emails are a VERY common tactic used by fake buyers to trick sellers into shipping items that are not actually paid for.
Some serious checking should be done!

After it gets to your PayPal account, YOU must go to your PayPal account and have it transferred to your bank ....takes one working day from the time you make the request to credit your bank.

The transaction is NOTED in my PayPal account. I didn't need to go to my PayPal account to transfer to my bank. PayPal sent me an email within a minute of a KPer telling me that she paid the $350 thru PayPal. PayPal said that the money WAS transferred. Past tense, and verified in my PayPal account that the transaction was DONE and I have a Transaction ID #, and I couldn't get ANYWHERE on PayPal's website to tell them that the $$$ is NOT in my account. I called my bank, Bank of America, and they said that they have no way to look up a Transaction ID #, so I have to wait now, because Bank of America said it could take 5 nights, and so I can't do anything about it. So the KPer paid me on Saturday, and here it is Tuesday, and I am still waiting.
In the PAST, I have paid people for stuff, and my money was transferred to their accounts immediately, within a minute.

I have found that most money deposits to my account happen a little before 3 AM, so I am waiting until after 3 AM Wednesday Feb 14, 2018, which is tonight.
When people do transfers from their bank of America account to mine, (family), the transfer is immediate.

So I'll let everyone know if the money shows up around 3 AM tonight. Thanks.
