I'm so glad I found this forum! I am a hobbyist photographer who enjoys street photography in our gem of a park -- Balboa Park or our Zoo, and many spectacular sunsets. Sports photography and Macro are also high on my list of fun adventures.

Welcome. There are a wealth of subjects available to you there. I'm told that many of the wildlife photos we see are actually taken in zoos and preserves as opposed to in the wild.

Welcome, JoSkalka to our wonderful forum. Yes, I was in Balboa Park and the zoo several years ago and had a great time taking photos. Many photo ops in San Diego besides Balboa and the zoo too.
