Very nice love rodeos...plan to attend a few and take some pics this year...what is best way to find rodeos on and off the pro circuit?
Paul...just watched your crash and burn...awesome job!

Your work is spectacular and I'm grateful that you share it here on UHH. Thanks Paul, appreciate the link!
Good stuff. Great photos and music. My late Uncle and Cousin were both RCA Rodeo cowboys. Uncle was "Chesterfield King" cigarette cowboy on TV in the 60's and all the cattle in the westerns (TV and Movies) were his.
This brought back good memories! Thank again.
Great series of action photography.
Well taken.

Thanks guys, basketball and track will keep me busy till the spring rodeos start in our area.
hdlenscap best way to find rodeos in your area is check all of the local areas websites. Most of them are annual and a few will be series bi weekly or something.
If you want to shoot find the barrel racers or break away ropers events. They love photographers and if you have a website, you will get a quite a few buying photos if your work is good.
WOW! That last one is a heart-breaker!

That young man is 13. He had 2 fractures in his wrist after this. And can't wait to do it again.
Great shots.
What association is this? I noted two of the saddle bronc riders were grabbing leather on what appears to be stock saddles.
