Also look at other devices like those from Vello. There is no dependence on the phone with them. If all you want is a remote trigger, they may be a better solution.

I think its a waste i would rather be taking picture than fooling with the darn thing just a way to get money out of you ,You will use it ones or twice then never use again that just my opinion.
