I'm still trying to shoot the pair of Downy Woodpeckers with no success. But a Mourning Dove stopped by.
All wonderful. What is the last bird?

Thanks Eleanor.
The last one is a Red Winged Blackbird.

Outstanding, some of the best.
Very nice captures, Bill. Well done!
Excellent series of photographs and nicely presented.
Well taken.
All very nice!
About how far were you from your subjects? Also lens and settings used?
I've been trying to photograph Red Tailed hawks. But can't seem to get close enough to get the amazing detail you have captured here.
Thanks!
Thanks everyone for visiting me and my birds. We all appreciate it.
sigpaw - These were shot with a D500 and Nikkor 200 - 500mm. I shoot wide open in aperture preferred. For these shots I had exposure compensation set to +2/3 due to the bright background. The distance was around 30 feet.
