I shot this at 5:25 in the morning from my backyard in Santa Maria.
This is the Full Eclipse Phase. Also known as a Blood Moon.
Super Blue Blood Moon, first time in the USA in 150 years.
February will be a Black Moon meaning no Full Moon will occur.
Celestron 9.25" 2400mm fl, CGEM Mount, Nikon D600 Modified IR,
digiCam Control App, Lenova 16MB Computer, Lightroom CC.
1/10 sec, ISO 200, f/10.

Nicely done Craig.
I am fighting a nasty bug and didn’t plan on shooting this.
I couldn’t sleep so did the quick and dirty with the Tamron.

We stayed up too late Binge watching on Netflix.
So I woke up at 6:30 and decided I'd missed it.
But a dark moon month sounds good to me.... if the clouds cooperate.
