Great portraits. One captured with a smile and another so stern. Which fits his personality? Why is the stern look so prevalent in advertising and everyday life? I'd like to meet the guy with the smile. Not so sure about the other one. Oh well... still great shots.

Focussing seems to be quite nice but, I've not really used the thing enough to discover if I like it or not... surely I will - like the camera, I mean - but, I still grab the D810 for most everything. Thanks for the feedback rgrenaderphoto!

Thomas is great guy, a really great guy... and has awards for his Tai Kwon Do ability... and is a serious "bouncer" and bartender... you don't want to mess with Thomas... but he's really great guy.

that's the problem with tweets and texts...you can emphasize any word and make it sound snippy. But I am certain you would never do that! Cuz you're such a nice guy too!
