Recently my wife and I visited Charlotte, NC for the first time. While driving we saw this sign. Clever enough that we turned around so we could take a picture of it. At home we have "click it or ticket". Not so clever.

Nice one. A few years ago the saying "Clunk Click every trip" was used often over here...not as good as "Buckle up Buttercup Arrive Alive" though!

Good catch. You may have been going to Charolette but this location is Nashville, TN. It’s funny how adding a single word adds impact to road sign.

You are correct. Thinking back. We started off in Charlotte, drove to Nashville ( loved it there) and off to Memphis.

This appears to be I-40 just west of Nashville at the Charlotte Pike exit to Charlotte, Tennessee. I do like the sign.

Yes, that is where it was. After many hours on the road highways start looking all the same. lol Thanks for the information.

I immediately recognized it because I lived in that area for 10 years and have been by that exit many times. I also lived in Charlotte, NC for 20 years and knew that scene was a little too hilly and that I-40 does not go by Charlotte. Thanks for posting it. We have one of those digital signs on I-140 near Knoxville and they always have a catchy safety phrase on it.
