SonyA580
Loc: FL in the winter & MN in the summer
Taken several years ago after a storm had hit the area. Unfortunately, this pier was severely damaged recently by hurricane Irma and most of it is closed to the public until repairs to the under structure can be made. In camera Pano using my Sony A580.
Sun peeking out is great.

Looks good in standard download using Windows but when magnified it is rather blurry - does the camera do this on all "in-house" panos?

No, the images are usually sharp but this is a copy of a copy (can't find the original) so it is very soft.

Great picture! To me, the clouds have a 3-D appearance - can almost feel their fluffy texture. Did you do anything in particular to enhance that or was it just a case of good depth of field and exposure?
Love the clouds, the sun rays and light on the water around the pier! Awesome memory!

Yes Susan, the entire picture has been enhanced quite a bit in Photoshop. There was actually no band of sun on the water, I made it. The clouds were also darkened and lightened. The waves were highlighted. Virtually every shot I take gets the full PP treatment but, I try to keep the changes believable.
Thanks everyone for your comments!
Maybe I don’t understand the processing of panoramas... but I’m puzzled by the tilt of the horizon from the end of the pier on the short end ( the right side). Is this a natural result of panoramas?
Thanks

I never noticed the right horizon was higher. You can probably chalk that one up to user error, either when taking the picture or, failure to correct it in PP.

You did a great job with the changes. I make changes, too, with the same objective in mind - keep it real! Makes me feel good to put something of my own vision into the image.
