Besides Photoshop World in Las Vegas, what other photography conferences that include seminars are there out there?

Look at some pics you admire (like pics on flickr taken with your camera model) and try to duplicate them. You will find it can be very difficult, maybe impossible, but you will learn a lot from the effort. A picture is worth a thousand words. We learn by doing.

Check out Shooting The West, Winnemucca Nv. Starting March 6th 2018. My self and ca. friend will be there, then off for a road trip.

Just Google what it is you are wanting to learn or know and you will find several tutorials. Just remember, your photo is what you want it to look like and not what someone else wants it to look like.

PhotoPro Expo is in Covington, KY on 8 to 12 Feb 2018. Shutterfest is in St. Louis, MO on 3 to 4 Apr 2018.
