Love the panaramic's - I have a Siny Cyber-shot camera in the closet that I should be using but getting my photo's printed is my problem. An 8X10 I can do but I'm after a three or six footer - Where could I get one printed ?
I use Sam's to print out big photos (16x20), don't know if they could do a big pano though I do see several ads for pano print companies in Outdoor Photographer and Pop Photo. Give one a try and let us know how they work. I display mine on the computer, through emails and web postings, and my digital photo frame.

When i travel i shoot a lot of pano style shots and used to get confused weeks later when i went to do the pano,as which was the start shot, then read about using this trick on the 1'st shot hold 1 finger in front of the lens.on the last hold 2 fingers in front, now i always have a beginning and and an end no matter how long before i get to do the pano
I just shoot (A) finger (not THE finger) at the end of the pano series, I can usually tell where the first photo in the series starts. Most of my panos are shot on a 128MB SmartMedia card and space is precious.

Eugene,
I particularly like the Dino Pano (it even rhymes!). With close in curvilinear distortion sometimes it is best to feature it and not fight it.

Never tried Panos, but will in future.
Yours look great!
Very nice work.
Bob,
No time like the present, capture a few panos with the instructions in the first post and let's see them here.

Where is the vantage point for that pano? It looks great.

Too blue, white balance should have been changed.
Eric, Eugene, Me-Fl all posted great photos. Very nice. One of the topics in the course that I am taking is on panaramic views, I am now looking forward to it.
All your panos are good but the third of Elk River is wonderful...great scenery, very nice shot.

Hi Eric.
Your pics are totally awesome. I love the one scene with the virtical panoramic with the ravine and big beautiful clouds in the sky. Those are the kind of works that belong in a gallery or on your living room wall for guests to see.
I have a Nikon L110 camera (point and shoot) that has panoramic mode, and it comes with a panorama maker program as well. It's really a nice program.
I have PSPPS X3 and I also know how to do this manually to pictures as well. (This is good if you get a really awesome scene and you don't have your camera, but your phone is handy.)
I have a few I have done that I would like to show you too. Some of them were done manually, some with my camera and stitching program which I will send later. I have one of a locomotive on display at a park with the engine, coal car, and caboose I did with the camera and stitching program I think you will like.

This is one my wife took on her phone, I stitched together maually.
This is one of my earlier attempts before I found the panorama maker
Very nice. The boat on the lake---WOW.
I am VERY impressed that a phone camera would take such a good pic. I love the colors in the top photo with the sail boat.
Mind if I join the fun?... here's 3 of my efforts.

The top one does not pop out for me, however the second one is top shelf, a really great photo and the last one of the rocks is absolutely a great photo. I have photos of that rock but nothing like what you did with it. Great job.
