Weird pose. Her right arm looks broken at the elbow. Her expression is pained.

My immediate thoughts are she is not happy and the pose is unnatural, forced. Processing seems ok to me, expose and lighting are balanced. It does not look over processed to me and IMHO, the processing is good. But vibe I get from the model does not feel good, and I don't know what the story is, what am I supposed to feel from this image?

It's a grunge look. Gritty, hard. An acquired taste, I guess. Am always willing to try something different.

Honestly, I dont know if it's processing, makeup, or just her, but she looks like she needs a good bath.

That's the point. It goes with the factory.

Not really. In your photo, I see where a clean gracefully posed woman isplaced in the old factory woudl be good due to the contrast in the two. To try to match her to the grunge of the factory is just camo.

Well, if you've ever walked around an old factory in the nude this happens. Not intended to be a glamour shot.

Hi Fotoartist,

You know you have to have a tough skin to post on UHH. Tough crowd. Please do not be discouraged. It is your vision that matters. The peasants like or dislikes does not matter, unless your business is selling. Then it matters. But if your business is art, go with what works for you.

It looks like a piece of art, not photography. Very nice feeling.

I don't usually like grunge shots but I really like this one. Her elbow was distracting at first until I realized her arm was wrapped around a valve handle. Her expression was perfect then - observing the effect after turning the valve! The lighting and processing all work together.
