Good for you, Sirius. You saw a unique opportunity and moved quickly to capture it. This would make a good cover for a mystery novel.

The sky was cloudy and dark; then the clouds parted for a short time before closing the moon from view.
i enjoyed your moody moon scene, sirius. you must have been ready for the parting of the clouds.
my weird imagination kicked in while viewing your peek-a-boo shot, and i thought i saw 2 eyes in the
clouds enjoying the view, too
Great shot Sirius, caught at the right time.

Ahhh... no wonder I didn't see you.. next time take a selfie with that moody moon!!
Do you really think the moon will play peek-a-boo with me again?
I don't do selfies, I like live views through the camera.

show quote)
I was in the mood for a moody scene and I was lucky to capture it. Those eyes must have seen my camera, and shut the moon down.
