Adjust exposure or lower saturation, your colors are too bright and are borderline blown out.

After seeing all the panoramas you have posted and not thanked you for yet, I am wondering where you have not been.

Seems that you have traveled extensively and kept records. Was this travel due to your job or your interest or both?

I am just curious you really do not have to answer this question.

As to your participation in this section? I think everyone is enjoying your posting and looks forward to the next one. I do.

RGG.

Rongnongno,
And anyone else interested, I have done some traveling over the years and have enjoyed most of it. I was born and raised in Western Montana and had only left the state once (all the way to Spokane Washington) prior to graduating from high school and joining the Army.
My first real travel was to basic training and advanced training in Louisiana and then to Germany for a 3 years assignment.
It was while I was stationed in Germany I got the photo bug as well as the travel bug. I was able to travel within Germany to places like Berchtesgaden, Nuremberg and Berlin. Also a week to London and another week to Paris during that time. After finishing out my 4 year assignment at Fort Lewis, Washington, I transferred to the Washington Army National Guard as a photojournalist and attended a 2 year photography course and then a 2 year printing course. Both came in hands as my public affairs unit published a quarterly magazine about the Washington Army and Air National Guard.
I ended up retiring with 20 years of active duty and an additional 17 years of traditional guard time in 2012. I have been to Thailand, Egypt, Panama, Uruguay, Bolivia, Germany again, Kuwait and Iraq during those years.
I still find it hard to believe they paid me to do all that travel and when I got there, my job was to interview people and take pictures.
Since retiring I have done a Fall colors tour on the East coast, Southwest Parks tour in Arizona, Utah, Nevada area and spent a month in Europe a couple years ago (we are planning a trip back again in June).
I am amazed at how much I have been able to travel and I guess I did keep pretty good records as that was neccessary for cutline info and to write the stories that we published.
I think I probably did the farther travel for work but have done quite a bit of traveling on my own as well.
Thank you for the comments and please let me know if I am over posting. I can slow it down or will eventually run out!!!
I am more than happy to answer questions on any of the shots I post. I don't comment on many of the posts as I am still in Western Washington and most questions have a lot of input before I get to read them.
I will post my first Panoramic I shot in the next couple days and the story to go with it.

Dave

No worries there, just keep posting, one panorama at the time so that I can list them all.

Thank you for giving us an idea of your life as a person and as a photographer. Interesting to say the least.
