If you live on the east coast....
Just be grateful you're not a bird this week. Went down to the beach yesterday to see if I could catch sight of the snowy that has been there, no joy. Temp 5 degrees, wind howling off the ocean and kept knocking me over even though I was crouched down low. In Rhode Island, Block Island in the distant horizon is about 12 miles away. There is a pair of ducks trying to find a meal here, use the download to see if you spot them.Next week will be better, but right now there is very limited open water inland. Even the salt water ponds have frozen over.
You know it is cold when salt water freezes. I feel so bad for all the birds out there. We can get in out of the cold but they can't. I am feeding on a daily basis, here and unfreezing the waterers I have out. It's little enough to do for them.

Nice shots. Too cold. 10 degree high today here in southern CT and supposed to go below zero tonight. Dislike the cold so I havent been outside much.
This week isn't the only week I'm glad I'm not a bird. Never saw a bird sitting beside a roaring fire with its feet up.
Burrr.... you are brave, Chris!! Just going out to my car is rough!
Nice captures, but I'll take mine through my dirty windows!! lol..
Stay warm!!
You captured the feel of cold, stormy weather quite well. I enjoyed these!

Some parts of Massachuttes got hammered with the storm surge. Homes were flooded cars were flooded. Some cars are frozen solid in the water that flooded and then froze.
