View from Voltera (PL)

I live in an old house in California, which means it's around 100 years old. Voltera has been continuously inhabited for at least 3,000 years. That's called perspective.
Voltera is one of Tuscany's many hill towns, and was a significant center when the Etruscans ran the place. This was taken from the edge of town when we visited a couple of years ago. A hand-held pano, taken on impulse, it's composed of about fifteen frames stitched together using M$ ICE.

Beautiful image. Kind of provides a sense of perspective to think that in this country an old house is nothing compared to some of the surviving antiquities! Humbling...
