Photoshop elements vs premiere elements

I’m just getting started in post processing and am about to purchase Photoshop Elements 2018. For $30 more I can also get premiere elements. Please explain what that offers. Thank you

Premiere offers video processing, although there are lots of free video processing programs online.

As stated by others Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, is their consumer video editing program. Generally speaking, it is easy to use it for the beginner, and even allows beginners to do some advanced edits using its Guided Edits mode. However, at the same time, it provides sufficient tools for the more advanced videographer. I suspect most people shoot at least some video. For $30, you cannot go wrong adding PRE 2018 to your software toolbox. The two links below may be of some help.
